Daily rates include day of arrival and the day of departure. We cannot give refunds for cats brought in late or collected earlier than originally booked.
Please note there is an extra charge of £2.00 per day in the winter to help with heating costs.
Vaccinations and Medication
Your cat must be up to date with its vaccinations for Feline Enteritiss and Cat Flu and be in good health and fit before being accepted in the cattery.
If your cat has not been vaccinated, or the annual booster has lapsed, a full course of vaccinations, normally taking three weeks, must be completed 48 hours prior to boarding.
We reserve the right to call in a Vet as necessary, at the owners expense.
Please ensure your cat has received a Flea and Worm treatment 7 days prior to arrival.
All medicine will be administered free of charge, however injections are charged at £1 a time. Un Neutered Tom cats over 6 months cannot be accepted into the cattery for hygiene reasons.
NO CAT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.
Diet
We stock most brands of wet and dry food, please tell us when you book what your cat eats and we will make sure we have it in stock. We do not hold stock of prescription diet food for cats that require it so please bring it along with them.
If your cat is fussy we will provide an alternative to entice it to eat such as chicken, poached fish, tuna or ham. We also provide this a few times a week as a treat providing we have your permission.
